Collin Gray has been performing governmental engagements for over four years, with a total of 25 years in public accounting. Mr. Gray has a proven record of completing engagements timely. He was primarily responsible for issuing three municipality CAFRs for fiscal year ending September 30, 2009 and is a key member for our planned growth. Mr. Gray is highly experienced with Federal and State Single Audits, including stringent ARRA compliance requirements. For fiscal year end September 30, 2009 clients, he performed five Federal and three State Single audits, including preparation of compliant Schedules of Expenditures of Federal Awards and State Financial Assistance.
