Fabiola Chester is a highly skilled and motivated professional with a verifiable record of accomplishment spanning over 15 years. Fabiola reports directly to the Partners and assists with the planning, scheduling, completion and oversight of our Purchasing Department. She works with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude major projects.
Possesses extensive knowledge of database and project management software; uses strong computer and internet research skills. She is responsible for maintaining the latest materials and procedures for the Purchasing/Marketing Department and ensures policies and procedures are adhered to. She works with Information Technology team members on technology projects as needed. She collaborates across teams to share information and consolidate on new ideas. Duties include coordinating schedu les and activities, project coordination, placing orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote services. Prepares responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs); maintains database of proposals and marketing materials. Develop, implement and administer procurement operations and other related projects. Manage executive team?s calendar; plan client meetings; prepare reports, spreadsheets and presentations. During the last year, Fabiola has standardized some of the processes to complete the HCT Proposal Response. As we've seen often, technology and paperwork aren?t always enough to demonstrate true value. Sometimes, the best way to determine how a firm can serve YOUR needs is to see how it has served the needs of others. By emphasizing on our experience and qualifications, Fabiola assisted with winning team HCT several Proposals for the year 2010-2011. HCT?s RFP responses are written for an open, fair and competitive procurement process, resulting in clear and enforceable contracts. This month marks Fabiola?s one year anniversary with HCT.
